REIKI TRAINING & CERTIFICATION CLASSES

Reiki Master Teacher Jenna offers the traditional Reiki Class progression and Attunement Ceremony to become Reiki Master certified - whether for self-care or for beginning your own practice.

Unique to Master Teacher Jenna’s Reiki school is instructor-led, small group Mentorship sessions for graduates of Reiki levels 1, 2 or 3.

Reiki Level 1 & 2

I offer Reiki Levels 1 & 2  combined within a weekend workshop. 

You will learn the history of Reiki as well as the traditional methods and symbols. Class includes attunement ceremony, hands on practice and mentoring, a personal Reiki handbook and your 1 & 2 Certificate.  This certification enables you to provide yourself and others with Reiki energy. No previous knowledge necessary. $100 non-refundable deposit due at time of sign up

Reiki Level 3

After taking this course you take on the great responsibility of becoming a Reiki representative!

In this class you will be attuned to your master symbol, learn about your professional responsibilities as a Reiki Master, and how you can move into Reiki as a profession. Level 3 is a very creative and intuitive class that will consist of many hours of hands-on training, Intuitive discovery and practice with plenty of Q&A time. 

This class is offered to students who have been certified in Level 2 for at least 6 months prior to class.

*Students of other Master Teachers are welcome to this class to join my lineage. Proof of certification from Level 2 is required.

Sacred Sunday (Reiki Share) A New Community Experience at Sacred Pause Healing

At Sacred Pause Healing, I am excited to share that my Reiki offerings have evolved into something truly special.

Traditionally, a Reiki share serves as a gathering for students of all levels to come together in a spirit of mentorship, meditation and communal learning. While I will continue to his this periodically throughout the year, I am thrilled to introduce a new offering:

The Sacred Sunday Community Share

Inspired by my personal Sunday mantra, Sacred Sunday embodies a scared time dedicated to resetting, reconnecting and gathering in community. This is an invitation for like-minded women to come together, fostering a nurturing and supportive environment.

Join me for an enriching experience that includes a cacao ceremony, meditation and heart-centered energy healing.

Nor prior Reiki experience necessary-everyone is welcome!

Together, we can cultivate a space of love, healing and growth.
