You must be 18 years or older or be accompanied by parent. All services are considered holistic treatment. Services are not intended to substitute for professional medical or mental health care.

Purchases|REFUNDS

Clients are required to pay upfront. A rescheduling fee of $50 may be charged if you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice. No shows are billed via Square Pay for the full amount and not rescheduled. These provisions are put into place to honor my time. By purchasing a session, class or event you acknowledge the cancellation policy and you acknowledge that Jenna DiGiuseppi is not a doctor, counselor, or lawyer and she is not providing anyone with medical, psychological, or legal advice. Jenna really puts her heart and soul into helping people, but in a alternative|holistic approach. You are responsible to let me know if it’s not going well: On occasion, there is not a connection between practitioner and client. At that time I will offer to stop and refund your session within the first few minutes. If you are not satisfied with your session, you are responsible to speak up within the first 15 minutes. Once the session goes beyond 15 minutes there will be no refund. To assure that this situation does not occur, I offer a 15 minutes free consultation before you book a session with me.
